How much is it?

Do you offer rental services?

Currently, we do not offer rental services.

2. Permanent License version

How many years can I buy maintenance at once?

You can only buy maintenance for the first year.
※Maintenance for the first year is included in the main body of NEEDLEWORK.

Is it possible to renew after the maintenance contract period has expired?

Yes, it is possible if you are willing to renewing maintenance and the in-house procedures are not in time. If the maintenance contract is signed after the maintenance period has expired, the maintenance period will be renewed retroactively. In addition to maintenance costs, a retroactive fee will be required.

3. Monthly license version

Can I purchase the monthly license version through an agency?

The monthly license version is only sold by the manufacturer(APC).

Can I purchase a monthly license other than a credit card?

If you pay by credit card, the license will be issued immediately after payment.
You can use it right away when you want to.

Some companies may not have available credit cards. In that case, please contact us.
