In order to create a future that will put smiles on our clients' and engineers' faces, we believe we need to be an SIer that fosters engineers who take clients seriously, creates career paths that engineers can be ardently passionate about, fosters an environment that maximizes performance, and tackles new ideas and challenges without becoming mired in conventional practice. We define this kind of SIer as a "NeoSIer."

We don't believe in putting up walls between industries and businesses like the IT industry and SI industry or between SI and original product development. Instead, we are confident that it is an SIer's role to be able not just to offer a certain group of services but to be able to have a variety of effects on a variety of businesses.

We believe that we can bring vitality to the SI industry itself and create new value as SIers when we create career paths for engineers. We can do so by setting an example for other SIers in facing the industry without shying away from its limitations and by continuing to take on new ventures as SIers unhindered by the boundaries between industries.
