Basic Policies on
Information Security
AP Communications Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “our company”) positions as its top priority the goal to contribute to the advancement of society’s information technology and to appropriately protect all information assets used in business activities. Under this principle, in order to uphold the trust of our customers and society and to support the continuous and stable business operations of our company, we have formulated the following basic policy on information security, and endeavor to implement it and provide protection by ensuring that our employees are fully knowledgeable about how to take measures in a safe and appropriate manner.
We will apply personal, organizational, and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, leaks, falsification, loss, damage, interruption of use, etc., and implement safe and proper management and operation.
We will comply with the statutes concerning information security measures and the separately stipulated relevant policies, contracts, etc.
Personal information will be controlled in line with our company’s Personal Information Protection Policy which conforms to the Privacy Mark System.
We will educate individuals who are to use our company’s information assets on the importance of information security, and ensure that they all have a thorough knowledge of this Basic Policy.
In order to promote the safe and appropriate management and operation of information assets, we will establish a management system that includes risk evaluation criteria and risk assessment, review it regularly, and improve it as necessary.
