Via coordination on onsite support, infrastructure contracting, and the organization of system development, together with our customers we engage in the real problems they face on a daily basis in order to accelerate their business.

Our company is capable of creating tools that will improve operational performance and efficiency. We further contribute to business value for our clients through coordination with engineers permanently stationed with our clients. We are equipped with backup systems that exist to solve our clients' essential issues using technological prowess.

The company's internal organization is structured according to technology, such as networking or the cloud, so that the team that provides a technology to a client and the team that handles contracting and subcontracting are both associated with the same department.

Collaboration between our main office and client sites - the factory concept

AP Communications' main office is set up to coordinate with teams permanently stationed at client sites in order to propose and develop solutions and tools that will improve efficiency and quality for the client. These teams are able to serve as a temporary resource in supporting client operations whenever clients lack in-house engineering resources. We use the word "factory" to describe this functionality of our main office.

Cloud Native Infrastructure

"Today, most IT infrastructure makes use of the cloud as a matter of course, and businesses seek to automate in a variety of areas. With IaC (Infrastructure as Code) poised to become the next-generation technology, we have forged ties both with leading domestic companies as well as those from Silicon Valley in order to catch up to the cutting edge, expand within Japan, and tackle a number of questions in IaC-related technology."

We currently have on staff Certified Kubernetes Administrators (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developers (CKAD), Google Cloud Certified staffers, and Professional Cloud Architects. Through initiatives like these, we can encourage the growth of the domestic market and support the growth of engineers by giving them opportunities to come in contact with next-generation technologies.

Our Initiative: Cloud Native Ready

All IT infrastructure, including network and security infrastructure and naturally each of the cloud services, is built to cloud-native specification (premised on the use of the cloud), and a variety of areas are now ready for rapid automation.

However, at many of the telecom carriers and large enterprises we support, there are many barriers to be overcome in transitioning to a cloud-native state due to intense quality control and from an administrative standpoint, and they find it incredibly difficult to make a rapid and complete transition.

For such businesses to approach cloud-native status, the practical solution is to automate partially, starting with whatever elements can be done at the moment. This is what we have defined as the Cloud Native Ready Stage (the phase in which a company can transition to cloud-native status). To support our clients in their partial cloud nativization, we support the introduction of IaC-related (Infrastructure as Code) technologies.

Strengthening ties with overseas companies and implementing overseas cases

We take a proactive approach to making alliances with overseas businesses. Even as we improve our competitiveness in pricing, AP Communications will make use of the high level project management know-how it has developed and promote excellent quality via projects staffed by a mix of domestic and overseas personnel who aren't limited by language or cultural barriers. We will pour our experience into business models for the future that will continue to make their way into the world.
