In 2013, as Division Director, he promoted the establishment of services and systems for prime SIer customers, and was appointed Director in 2018. After overseeing the corporate department, he was appointed Director in charge of the iTOC Division in 2021 to diversify revenue and strengthen the foundation, and has since been driving the expansion of essential value for customers, focusing on network automation and zero-trust businesses. Appointed Managing Director in 2026.
Comment on Appointment:
"I have recently been appointed as Managing Director. This appointment is the result of being blessed with many partners and colleagues both inside and outside the company, and achieving great results by 'orchestrating' together. First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the stakeholders involved. As I take on this new role, I am bracing myself with 'wholehearted dedication' towards the heavy responsibility, while also cherishing my own driving force, a 'sense of excitement,' as I sincerely face my work. I will continue to provide essential value to our customers more than ever, and as a result, devote my utmost efforts to the sustainable growth of AP Communications and, by extension, our contribution to society. I look forward to your continued guidance and encouragement."

Takahiro Kamibayashi Director and CSO, ACS Division Director, and AI CoE Leader Biography:
After dropping out of the University of Electro-Communications, he joined AP Communications in 2002 and started his career as an engineer. He has been involved as head of the engineering department, launching new SI businesses, as well as in education, recruitment, public relations, and PMO for contract development. In 2018, he formulated an agile medium-term management plan as a strategic planner, and was appointed Director in 2019 as the person responsible for formulating the medium-term management plan. While directing the business as a Director, he shifted the portfolio in terms of both technology and customers, and promoted internal products. From 2020, as the ACS Division Director, he launched a new business promoting technologies such as Platform Engineering and AI-driven development for customers. In addition to participating in projects as a consultant himself, he is also promoting awareness activities for Platform Engineering in collaboration with the community. Appointed Director and CSO in 2026.
Comment on Appointment:
"I have recently been appointed as CSO (Chief Strategy Officer). With the role of engineers drastically changing due to the rise of generative AI, the support model of SIers is also facing a major turning point. We need to redefine organizational structures and training methodologies to evolve them into forms suited to the times. By highly integrating AI with our sincerity and learning attitude as a group of engineers—which are our weapons—we will elevate this into a 'new form of value creation' to overcome this major wave of change. I am convinced that this is the path to evolving the 'NeoSIer' concept, which our company has continuously challenged itself to embody, into a more solid identity. By respecting the voices of our customers and colleagues, and accelerating the unlearning of the organization and myself, I will carve out a new future for APC. I look forward to your continued guidance and encouragement."
