Under our vision of "Making engineers and customers smile," we highly value the career realization of each individual engineer. To support this, we believe it is essential to provide an environment where employees can learn, coupled with practical tasks where they can apply their newly acquired skills to achieve career advancement.

Since 2008, we have established our in-house university, "AP Academy," aiming to create an environment where employees can learn what they truly want to learn—content that is realistic and highly relevant to practical business operations. The AP Academy is planned, developed, and operated in alignment with our company-wide strategic concept. We conduct approximately 100 courses annually across various genres, including "Technical Courses," "Design Process and Consulting Courses," "Management and Business Administration Courses," "Courses for New Graduates/Inexperienced Staff," and "Courses for Mid-career Employees."

The Company primarily utilizes Learning Agency's curriculum for foundational business training.
