Operated by the Japan Next-Generation Enterprise Promotion Organization (commonly known as the White Foundation), this is the only certification system in Japan that comprehensively evaluates the "whiteness" (excellence in work environments) of companies. This certification is granted by comprehensively judging and evaluating a 70-item questionnaire on the implementation of initiatives, which are divided into seven indicators: Business Model/Productivity, Flexible Work Styles, Health Management, Talent Development/Job Satisfaction, Diversity & Inclusion, Risk Management, and Compliance with Labor Laws.
