What is a NeoSIer?

In order to create a future that will put smiles on our clients' and engineers' faces, we believe we need to be a SIer that fosters engineers who take clients seriously, creates career paths that engineers can be ardently passionate about, fosters an environment that maximizes performance, and tackles new ideas and challenges without becoming mired in conventional practice. We define this kind of SIer as a "NeoSIer."
